Loyalty Customers must be logged into the Christmas Designers account to receive points for purchases. Points cannot be transferred from one account to another. 

To earn points, you can participate in promotions and referring other customers. All points from purchases will be awarded to your account after 5 days. Any return’s that are completed after points have been awarded will be reversed once return is complete.

Once your points are redeemed, they will be deducted from your account and a coupon code* issued. These codes cannot be combine with additional site coupon codes and you can only use one coupon code per order. Each coupon code has an order minimum amount, please see below breakdown:

• Redeem 500 Points for a $10.00 off your next purchase of $50.00 or more
• Redeem 1000 Points for a $20.00 off your next purchase of $100.00 or more
• Redeem 1500 Points for a $30.00 off your next purchase of $150.00 or more
• Redeem 2000 Points for a $40.00 off your next purchase of $200.00 or more
• Redeem 4000 Points for a $80.00 off your next purchase of $300.00 or more

Coupon codes are used towards the subtotal of your order and will not deduct from shipping costs (if applicable).

Points and Rewards (coupon codes) will expire after 18 months of inactivity and your account will be set back to zero.

*Please note: Once a reward has been redeemed with points it cannot be canceled and points returned to your account.
