Incompatible Items Removed from Order
If incompatible items are identified in an order, they may be removed before shipment to prevent installation or performance issues. When such an event occurs, a refund is automatically issued for the removed items.
Refund Timing
Once the refund has been processed, it may take 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Processing time can vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Checking Your Refund
If the refund has not appeared after 7 business days, we recommend contacting your financial institution for an update on the transaction.
