For light sets, check and replace the fuse if needed.
Verify that bulbs and connectors are secure and not loose.
Confirm Proper Usage
Make sure the product is being used within the recommended voltage limits (130 volts or less).
Verify the product has not been used beyond normal seasonal usage.
Review Setup and Installation
Ensure the product was installed and stored according to recommended guidelines.
Check for any visible damage caused during installation or storage.

Restart the controller and confirm the product is properly connected to the Twinkly app.
If needed, our team can assist with troubleshooting before submitting a warranty claim.
