Newsletter Signup & Discount Code Issues
If your discount code is not working at checkout, there may be a few common reasons.
Newsletter Codes: If you recently signed up for our newsletter, your code may take up to 24 hours to arrive. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Sale Items: Discount codes cannot be applied to items that are already on sale.
Code Limitations: Many codes have minimum purchase amounts, maximum discounts, product exclusions, or quantity limits. Always review the terms and conditions associated with the code.
Multiple Codes: Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Expired Codes: Most promotions are time-limited, so confirm the code is still active.
Wholesale Accounts: Customers logged into a wholesale account already receive discounted pricing, so coupon codes cannot be applied.
