Approved Order Item Correction
If an item in your order needs to be corrected, our team can update the order internally to ensure the correct product is sent to the warehouse for fulfillment.
How the Update Appears
Once the change is made, the corrected item will be reflected on the backend of the order and on the packing slip used by our warehouse. This allows our fulfillment team to ship the correct product.
However, please note that the update will not appear on the front end of the website or in the automated order confirmation or shipment emails. These documents may still display the original item listed at the time the order was placed.
