Adding Items to Existing Orders
At Christmas Designers, we understand that sometimes you may want to add more products after placing your order. To keep our fulfillment process moving quickly, orders can only be modified within 30 minutes of being placed. After that time, orders are automatically released to our warehouse for processing, and additional items cannot be added.
This guide explains how to add items to your order if you are still within the allowed timeframe.
How to Add an Item to Your Existing Order
If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Service team by phone or email with your order number and the item(s) you would like to add.
Receive your updated quote. Our team will provide a quote for the additional item(s), and shipping for the added product will be waived as a courtesy.
Submit payment for the additional item following the instructions provided by our customer service team.
Order consolidation. Once payment is confirmed, we will combine the additional item with your original order and release it to our warehouse for processing.
Important Timing Information
Because our warehouse processes orders quickly, items cannot be added once more than 30 minutes have passed since the order was placed. If you need additional products after that time, a new order will need to be placed.
