1 controller that has 1 port is needed.

Are the wreaths and garland Android compatible?

No, they are not compatible with Android currently.

Any plans on making these devices Android compatible?

The new Twinkly Plus line is Android compatible however our greenery has not been switched over at this time.

How can I control the wreath without and iPhone?

At this time to run the wreaths you would have to have an IOS device, such as an iPod, iPad or iPhone (on software version 12.0 or higher)

Do I have to have a controller?

Yes, this requires a controller to power the lights and connect them to the Twinkly App.
