Need help setting up controllers to app

Download the Twinkly App via the app store.  (Note: Not all controllers work with Android. Ensure the product you purchased is compatible)

Refer to YouTube video on our channel on how to set up the controller once the app is downloaded.

Controller light will not turn on at all:

If you are able switch out the transformer. If the controller comes on please send us a message at twinklysupport@christmasdesigners.com for more assistance.
