If you are having trouble logging in to your Christmas Designers account, follow the steps below.

Step 1: On the ChristmasDesigners.com page click on Sign In that will be located at the top left-hand corner.

Step 2: Enter the email you used when your account was created. If you do not remember your password it's okay, simply click on Forgot Your Password. This will prompt you to another page where you will need to enter your email and enter a passcode, once you have filled out the necessary fields, click on Reset My Password.

Step 3: Once you have clicked on Rest My Password an email will be sent to you. Open your email and click on the link that has been provided. Here you will enter your new password.
