Twinkly Plus and Pro - Controller Trouble

Quick Notes Before Troubleshooting
- Old IOS (Apple) devices can be used however, it must be IOS 14 or higher.
- An IOS device is required to operate Plus and Pro Controllers. (Android and Windows Phones/Tablets are not compatible with Twinkly Plus. Ensure that you are utilizing an IOS device for setup)
- Verify Controller is reset (flashing green) If not, delete the device from the Twinkly App prior to resetting the controller. Twinkly Controller Reset
- Twinkly Pro 6 Port Controllers must be configured through your mobile IOS device before utilizing the Twinkly Pro Cloud Console. Twinkly Cloud Console is compatible with both Apple and Windows Computers and only works with Pro Controllers. (Internet availability required for utilization of the Cloud Console at all times)
