In no event may this site be used to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, violate the rights of any party, or conduct fraudulent/deceptive activity. Any accounts that are reasonably believed to be in violation of terms will be terminated and no longer able to re-register for the Service. Any delay by Christmas Designers does not constitute as a waiver of these rights.
