Orders placed through our website are processed through a fully automated system and will generally ship out within 1 business day. Phone orders must be manually created and can take up to 2 business days to process and ship. 

Freight shipments may require longer processing times depending on the size of the order and the complexity of the product being shipped. Decorated and custom-lit décor may take up to 10 days to process and ship out. Please contact our Customer Success Department at 1-800-391-5280 for current shipping times if you are ordering a custom-lit or hand-decorated product.
