Damaged or Lost Shipments
All packages are inspected for damage before they leave our warehouse. However, if your package has been damaged in transit, be sure to get in touch with our Customer Success team immediately at INFO@CHRISTMASDESIGNERS.COM. We must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 48 hours of receiving the package. Any claim reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for a full resolution.
What You Need to Do:
To ensure we can quickly and effectively process your claim, please provide the following:
-
Photos of the Damaged Packaging:
- Clear images of the packaging as it arrived, including any visible damage or signs of mishandling.
-
Shipping Label Photo:
- A photo of the shipping label confirms the item was shipped correctly.
-
Photos of the Damaged Products:
- Multiple clear photos of the damaged items, both on the pallet and once removed from the box.
- This includes close-ups of the damaged areas of the product from various angles.
- If no pallet photos are provided when filing a delivery claim, we will only be able to issue a repair credit, as we cannot file a claim with the freight company without these images.
Please Note:
- Non-shipping-related damage, such as manufacturing defects or issues that arose after the package was opened, must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package to be eligible for resolution.
- Shipping Claims are handled directly by Christmas Designers on your behalf. However, without proper photographic evidence, we cannot process claims with the freight carrier.
By following the above steps, you help us speed up the resolution process and ensure that we can assist you in a timely manner.
Should your package be deemed lost in transit, be sure to get in touch with the Customer Success team immediately at 1-800-391-5280 or at info@christmasdesigners.com. So we may assist you in arranging for a replacement product or a refund.
Please allow 2 to 10 business days for the investigation and processing of claims for lost and damaged parcel shipments. For freight shipments, this process can take up to 4 weeks.
