Resetting Your Password
If you are having trouble logging in to your Christmas Designers account, follow the steps below.
Step 1: From any ChristmasDesigners.com page hover over the Account link in the top right corner and select Log In.
Step 2: If you know you're log in information, enter it here, check the reCAPTCHA box, and select the red Sign In button.
If you don't have your log in information, select the Forgot Your Password? link.
Step 3: Enter the email address associated with your account, check the reCAPTCHA, and select the Reset My Password link.

Step 4: You will receive an email from Customer Service, email@example.com.
Select the Set a New Password link in the email.
Step 5: The link will bring you back to the ChristmasDesigners.com website so you can create a new password. The website will let you know the strength of your password. The stronger the password, the more secure your account will be. After entering and confirming your new password, select the Set a New Password button.
Step 6: If your password reset was successful, you'll be brought back to the Customer Login page and will see this banner.
Step 7: Now you're ready to log in to your account and get to shopping!
