Logging In

Go to cloud.twinkly.com. Sign into your existing Twinkly account (the same one used in the mobile app). 

Please Note: You must have at least one cloud-capable device connected in order to access the cloud for the first time.

Overview

Once logged in, you will see the Projects > Installations page.

On the left side of the screen, you'll find the navigation pane with three main sections: Projects, Schedules, and Gallery. Clicking on any of these will reveal their respective sub-sections. Selecting a sub-section will take you to that specific area.

Managing Devices and Updating Firmware

            From the Projects > Devices tab in the navigation pane, you can view all Twinkly controllers that belong to installations you have access to. Here, you can see several details about each controller, including whether it is online, its MAC address, product code, LED count, LED profile, and current firmware version.

Clicking on a device will open a detailed view, where additional information is shown. If the device is online, you will also have the option to update its firmware.
