Start a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty coverage, please follow the steps below to begin the claim process.
Step 1: Contact Customer Success
Reach out to our Customer Success Team with the following information:
Order number
Product name or SKU
Description of the issue
Photos or videos of the product showing the problem

Step 2: Troubleshooting
In some cases, our team may guide you through basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue before starting a return or replacement.
Step 3: Warranty Review
If the issue appears to fall under warranty coverage, our team will provide return instructions or additional documentation requirements.
Step 4: Inspection
Our warranty department will inspect the product to confirm eligibility once we receive it at our warehouse. This process may take up to 72 business hours.
Step 5: Resolution
If the product qualifies under warranty, Christmas Designers will repair or replace the item. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, store credit may be issued.
