Christmas Designers’ bows and ornaments come with a 2 Season Limited Warranty. Christmas Designers warrants to the original buyer for 2 seasons, under normal conditions of use, that our bows will be free from defects in material and workmanship. 

This limited warranty does not cover bows and ornaments that are subject to normal wear and tear, accident, neglect, abuse, accidents, misuse or acts of God. Warranty is void if the bow is used beyond normal seasonal usage, which is 90 days or less per calendar year. 

This limited warranty does not cover color fade for non-UV treated bows and ornaments. Bows and ornaments that are used within 1 mile of the ocean, Christmas Designers will warranty the product for 1 season of 90 days or less usage. Due to the corrosive effects of salt water, the standard warranty does not apply. 

The product will be checked by our warranty department and if the product is found to qualify for a warranty claim, a replacement product will be sent to the customer at no cost.  

For any warranty claims past 60 days, the product must be sent back to Christmas Designers at the customer’s expense. The product will be checked by our warranty department and if the product is found to qualify for a warranty claim, a replacement product will be sent to the customer at no cost.
