Warranty Policy
All product warranties are only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable to another party.
Product returns within the warranty period must first be approved by Christmas Designers. Once the warranty return has been shipped back, it will be inspected to determine if it falls under the warranty coverage. The product will then be repaired or replaced at Christmas Designers discretion. Please note, Christmas Designers can take up to 72 business hours after receiving the product at the warehouse, to inspect items and get a replacement sent out to the customer. A refund is not offered for warranty returns. Replacement products or store credit are offered at Christmas Designers’ discretion. In the event that an item cannot be repaired or replaced, then a product credit will be offered that can be used for future purchases.
If the product was purchased within the last 60 days, Christmas Designers will issue a FedEx return label. If the product was purchased more than 60 days prior, the customer must cover shipping costs.
Christmas Designers warranties only cover product repair, or replacement, and does not cover any labor or other expenses involved with the installation, service, or removal of items purchased from us.
Christmas Designers warranties do not cover products that have been subject to normal wear and tear, vandalism, accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, Acts of God, or used for something other than their intended purpose. Any modification to the product will void the warranty.
