Once your return has been submitted, you can check the status of your return at any time through our My Returns portal.

If You Have an Account

1. Log in to christmasdesigners.com
2. Go to My Returns from your account menu, or scroll to the bottom of the main page and select Returns
3. All of your return requests will be listed with their current status, any messages from our team, and documents related to your return

If You Submitted as a Guest

No account needed! When your return is submitted, we generate a unique link just for you. Look for the "View your return request" link in any of the following emails we send you:

• Your Pending Approval notification
• Your Approved notification
• Your Package Sent notification

Simply click "View your return request" to check your status, upload photos, add your tracking number, and communicate with our Returns team — all without creating an account.
