Need help setting up controllers to app

Download the Twinkly App via the app store.  (Note: Not all controllers work with Android. Ensure the product you purchased is compatible)

Controller light will not turn on at all:

If you are able switch out the transformer and the controller comes on please send us a message or give us a call for more assistance. If the controller light does not come on, create an RMA for the Controller via this link: https://www.christmasdesigners.com/aw_rma/guest/index
