Congratulations on adding your Twinkly device to your account!

When you log into the app and you see “compiling effects”, this is normal. It should take approximately 1-2 minutes to compile effects depending on the number of devices in your log.  Your IOS Device must be connected to the same Wi-Fi as the controllers for this process to complete.

Please note: The default effect setting for Twinkly devices is off. To activate your lights, you must select an effect from the app and tap "Apply". No lights will be illuminated until this step is completed.

If your effects are not displaying on your product correctly, ensure that the devices are properly mapped. Visit our Youtube video for reference.

If downloaded effects from the in-app FX Store are not displaying properly, please allow ample time for background processes to complete. We recommend downloading effects in small batches rather than the entire library at once.

If effects are not immediately displaying on larger installations with grouped controllers, please allow ample time for background processes to complete. Large installations require extra time for processing. The maximum wait time before beginning troubleshooting options is 90 seconds.
