Christmas Designers

Christmas Designers’ commercial Christmas trees come with a 7-Year Limited Warranty. The warranty covers the frame, electrical wiring, branches, and light sets for up to 5 holiday seasons.

What’s Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Vandalism or accidents

• Damage from Acts of God (e.g., weather-related damage)

• UV fading

• Improper setup or storage

• Any modification to the tree

• Use of a tree topper not provided by Christmas Designers

• Outdoor storage of the tree or its components

Note: Seasonal usage must not exceed 75 days per year, and only between November and January. Failure to follow this usage window will void the warranty.

Electrical & Lighting Coverage:

For issues involving light sets or electrical components, replacement parts and simple replacement instructions will be provided.

Labor or labor reimbursement is not included for any electrical or lighting-related repairs.

Frame & Branch Warranty Claims:

To submit a warranty claim related to the tree frame or branches, video documentation is required.

• If video is inconclusive, the item must be shipped back to Christmas Designers at the customer’s expense to complete the claim process.
